1. Boot into recovery mode
2. Format System / Factory Data Wipe
3. Wipe cache and also wipe dalvik cache
4. Install FoxHound ICS 0.9 zip file. You will get install completed message.
5. Select to Restart System Now and let the phone boot up to an Android setup screen.
6. Setup the phone as requested including Google setup.
7. Once Android Setup is complete, Reboot the phone into Recovery Mode again
8. Wipe cache and wipe dalvik cache again
9. Select to Restart System Now
10.Now if you want install AOSP package

also ich finde die Rom an sich sehr gut, aber mir ist gerade aufgefallen, dass man immer 2 SMS auf ein mal verschickt [was mich auch 2 SMS kostet]. Kann mir da jemand helfen?

Ja das ist ein bekannter Bug in der 0.5 Edition.
Ich gehe stark davon aus das es bereits Morgen ein fix mit update folgt!

Bei mir verursacht der Rom ziemliche Probleme beim laden. Der Akku wird total heiß und das laden dauert ewig.

das liegt aber nicht an der Rom .....

Ich kenne das hatte dieses auch des öffteren gehabt unter meheren ICS cRoms.
( Schaut mal deinen Verbrauch genauer, wer o.d was ihn verursacht. Bei mir war es in allen Fällen eine App die dafür verantwortlich war. )
Kurzes zsenario

Maximal wurde mein akku 52° Hot und das war schon ziemlich heftig...
Die Virensoft Dr.Web z.B ließ meinen Akku unter jeder bisher neueren ICS Rom glühen.

Ich habe nun die besagten apps auswendig gemacht und sie durch neue ersetzt, seit dem gibt es keinerlei Probleme mehr.

Hey Leute,

habe ein Problem!

Habe mir das Rom gestern das erste mal geflasht und da war die SMS App in diesem Weiß, wo auch immer die Fotos bei jeder Nachricht angezeigt werden. Anschließend habe ich eine andere Rom geflasht und danach wieder die foxhound.
Seitdem ist das allerdings schwarz und ich hab null Ahnung wie ich das wieder ins weiße bekomme.
Ich hab nur diese Schwarz/blaue Ansicht wie man sie noch bei Android 2.3 kennt... Hoffe ihr wisst was ich meine...

Kurze Rückmeldung von mir. Also bei mir besteht das Hitzeproblem bein laden immer noch. Dies scheint aber Phone abhängig zu sein. Bei einem anderen SGS 2 tritt das nicht auf...

Naja dann nehm ich eben einen anderen Rom gibt ja genügend ;-)
