Erklärung:

Das Tool "Team Win Recovery Project" (TWRP) erstellt für Nutzer gerooteter Android-Smartphones komplette System-Backups, installiert Mods sowie Custom-ROMs und setzt das System bei Bedarf wieder in den Werkszustand zurück. Das Tool dient zur Erstellung von System-Images, zum Aufspielen von Mods und Custom-ROMs. Darüber hinaus können Sie über TWRP auch die SuperSU - Android App installieren.

TWRP wird nicht über das Android OS gestartet, ist daher auch keine gewöhnliche App. Das Tool starten Sie noch während des Bootsvorgangs. Dadurch kann das Android-System selbst bei schwerwiegenden Fehlern wieder hergestellt werden.

Installation:

Der schnellste und leichteste Weg um TWRP zu installieren ist es die GooManager App zu verwenden:

Play Store Link - GooManager

Direkt Download - GooManager

1) GooManager vom Market installieren

2) Offnen des GooManagers und Rootrechte (falls notwendig) gewähren

3) In dem App auf die Menütaste drücken

4) "Install OpenRecoveryScript" auswählen und mit Ja bestätigen

5) Download abwarten, die Installation folgt von alleine

6) Rebooten in den CWM, um zu testen, ob die TWRP Recovery erfolgreich installiert wurde.

Hinweis: Ich musste im Menü bei Suche das Model meines Notes eingeben und suchen lassen, dann hat es erst funktioniert.

Flashen per PCOdin

Download der aktuellen openrecovery-twrp-2.x.x.0-gt-nxxx.tar und speichern auf eurem PC.

Sollte das File nur als .img angeboten werden, dann dieses in Recovery.img umbenennen mit 7-zip ohne Komprimierung als .tar packen.

PCOdin starten als Administrator (Rechts-Klick --> Als Admin. ausführen).

Als nächstes klickt ihr auf das Feld "PDA" . Sucht über das Pop-Up Fenster, welches sich jetzt geöffnet hat, die openrecovery-twrp-2.x.x.0-gt-nxxx.img, welche ihr zu Beginn heruntergeladen / gepackt habt.

Note in den Download-Mode versetzen

(Note ausschalten und warten bis es tatsächlich aus ist

Die [Volume -] gedrückt halten, zusätzlich die [Home]taste und die [Power]taste drücken

Die darauf folgende Warnung mit VolumeUp bestätigen)

Verbindet euer Note 10.1 per USB-Kabel mit dem PC.

Wenn in Odin links oben (unter ID:COM) ein bäuliches oder gelbliches Feld angezeigt wird, dann den [start]-Button drücken.

Die openrecovery-twrp-2.x.x.0-gt-xxx.img wird installiert.

Note rebootet.

Wollte mir gerade das TWRP auf´s Tab flashen, kann aber mit dem GooManager nichts anfangen. Die Menüführung ist mittlerweile eine ganz andere als in Post#1 beschrieben. Ich finde in der App auch ums Verrecken keine Möglichkeit eine .img-Datei zu flashen.

mit mobile Odin gibt es leider auch keine Möglichkeit und mit PC-Odin mag ich nicht.

Kann mir da wer helfen?

Danke Andreas - hat geklappt.

Also im goo-Manager findet ihr die oben beschriebenen Menüeiträge nicht mehr aber mit der Suche (rechts oben) in der Goo-App braucht man nur "twrp n8000" (mit dem Abstand zw den beiden Buchstabengruppen) einzugeben und dann kann man die nötige Datei herunterladen.

kann mir mal wer verraten wie ich die img per Odin flashen kann. Wenn ich PDA auswähle erscheint da nur das man md5 tar installieren kann. Die img-Datein wird mir gar nicht angezeigt... ??

Edit: Eine IMG kann man nicht mit ODIN flashen. Steht jedenfalls im Netz.

Ich siche die passende Datei die man mit ODIN flashen kann für ein N8000 3G/WIFI.

Gibt nur eine wifi.tar. Da das N8000 3G und Wifi hat habe ich die Finger von gelassen und die 2.5.0.0 von zip nach md5 entpackt.

erst einmal danke für das Ändern der Anleitung. Mir ist aufgefallen das wenn ich aus der *.img mit 7zip eine recovery.tar mache ( Einstellung Speichern gewählt = ohne Komprimierung ) das diese um 2 KB größer ist als die img. Die img 2.6.0.0. hat 6304 KByte, die daraus gemachte recovery.tar hat 6306 KByte. Ist diese Abweichung ok ?
