Wenn ich den nun ein neues Rom aufspiele brauch ich dann noch was anderes? Kernel?

und was ist mit meinen ganzen Daten und Apps?

Kernel ist in der ROM enthalten. Du kannst danach einen flashen...wenn Du möchtest

Deine Apps und Daten solltest Du vorher sichern. Da du ja Root hast (braucht man ja für einer CR) ist eigentlich schon ein MUSS ein entsprechendes Backup Programm zu haben. z.b. Titanium Backup. Wichtig hierbei ist nur zu beachten, dass du keine Systemdateien der alten ROM mit zurückspielst.

Deine Kontakte/Kalender sicherst Du ja über deinen Google Account.

Vorher...wie empfohlen ein Backup im CWM erstellen...als Empfehlung.

Je mehr ich mich durch die Foren lese, desto verwirrter bin ich!

Das ist ein Backup deiner ROM (Nandroid Backup). Der bringt dir sozusagen den gespeicherten Zustand der ROM wieder, wie zu dem Zeitpunkt der Erstellung des Backups.

Beispiel:

Ich lege immer von meiner ROM -wenn sie mit allen Einstellungen usw. fertig gestellt ist, ein Backup an. Flashe ich jetzt einen neuen MOD oder Kernel oder...und das geht "schief" bzw. löst bei meinem Note Probleme aus, dann gehe ich ins CWM und "Restore". Somit bin ich wieder auf dem Stand vor dem letzten Flashen.

Einzige Bedingung...Du solltest CM10/CM10.1 und JB-ROMs nicht auf der anderen Basis flashen. Sprich...hattest DU ein CM10.1 drauf, kannst Du bzw. solltest Du nicht darüber einfach ein JB Backup restoren. Könnte problematisch werden.

Mit v11 hab ich leider nur probleme , handy freezt (black screen) immer wenn ich es zum laden anstecke oder es im deep sleep ist.

Mit v9 hatte ich diese probs nicht.
