now im trying to flash stock boot img its getting failed but stock recovery had flashed

First of all:

Your device matches those Requirements:

• Unlocked bootloader & Custom Recovery fixed for Jelly Bean
  
• Recommended Recovery by neXUS PRIME and fixed by atis112 - neXusRecovery
  
• For hboot 1.25.0002 only

Than i dont know if it will work with your TMOB-Device, OTA i think will not work since afaik there´s no S-OFF/SuperCID available for your Desire X

I´d say first check your HBOOT if it says 1.25.0002, if not, there´s a problem, if yes:

Flash the neXusRecovery (fixed by atis112) linked in the xda-thread.

Than flash the boot.img attached in xda-thread (fastboot flash boot boot.img) than erase cache (fastboot erase cache)

Than boot into neXusRecovery and flash the ROM (make sure it is on "SD")

If u got this stock ROM we talked about running, maybe the OTA doesnt work because of CustomRecovery instead of Stock Recovery.

Second problem can be that this ROM is HTC and u got T-MOB-CID

Think we will get smth from lion, than it should work with matching backup, CID and stock Recovery.

cid:T-MOB101 its correct. I think its a about issue with stock boot img or stock recovery

Problem is, if u got an HTC-ROM running (e.g. CID HTC__102) and it is getting OTA, the Update checks CID and says "no" if it´s not matching.

Stock Recovery + Stock boot.img are abolutely mandatory.

Got the Backup from lion now, but there´s smth wrong with OTA, dont know if i can figure out what´s going wrong.

no need change boot img ??? im not sure my my boot img if its not stock boot img any issue ???

Not sure here too, boot.img is included in the Backup.zip.

Since it´s a TWRP Backup boot.img is called "boot.emmc.win", so the command to flash would be

fastboot flash boot boot.emmc.win

and than

fastboot erase cache

for safety.
