LG GM750 Phone OFF, Phone Ausgeschalted, Telefoon Uitschakelen

i need help and hope someone here can help me.

have finally found and flashed my gm750 from English to Dutch Vodafone firmware.

downloaded file:

VODAFONE NETHERLANDS GM750AT-00-V10d-204-04-OCT-12-2009+2-DZ

I also do have a Dutch Vodafone subscription card. After flashing the phone, language is Dutch , all works but the phone can not be turned on to the network , it only says "telefoon uitschakelen" (phone off) on the main screen. It is not possible to turn it on.

I understand that i can do a restore of the phone by restoring an NV-GM750_xxxxxx-xxxx.nv2 backup of the same model phone.

Would somebody be that greatfull to create such a backup so i can restore my phone again. Your work would be precious !

If there is another solution for this problem please be welcome !!

p"s: I have used this tool LGMDP_EURO_Ver_1_6_Build_2_4.exe (see zip file) and i have used this manual:

In the meanwhile a user has point me to this file

It is this file NV_GM750.nv2, it is only 3 kb

and someone post a file GM750__2010_4_7_11_12.bkn (don't know exactly what sort file this is), it is near 32 kb

When i start LGMDP_EURO_Ver_1_6_Build_2_4.exe it is not possible to select NV restore ???

I get the message: Error! NV Backup file does not exist

It is not possible to select the file in any other way

When i try to creat a NV backup i get 'Normal mode'

IMEI --> NOT_ACTIVE___

Bluetooth Addr --> NOT_ACTIVE___

Cal Date --> NOT_ACTIVE___

When selecting NV backup i got the following error:

Error! can't open serial port (reboot and reconnect)...

I do need help with this,

phone has been bought in Germany with german rom (Vodafone) and simlock free. After flashing to Dutch rom (also vodafone on the screen) the phone says "telefoon uitschakelen" (phone off)

can a phone shop repair this problem or can someone give me any suggestion what to do ???
