Updated zzmoove governor to 0.5 release ( Credit: @ZaneZam )

Pls note that currently due to zzmoove 0.5, there is a deadlock when changing governors, ie it MAY freeze your phone. As such for those frequently changing governors, pls AVOID using this kernel release. ZaneZam is looking into it.

zzmoove tuneables in STWeaks are nearly 100% ready, at least ALL predefined profiles are working as it should. I've just pushed FIX #1 of the bugfixes into stweaks but more typo fixes to follow in due time.

FIXED - QS Camera Tile. Help yourself with fast picture taking

- Pls note once the camera is turn on in the QS, a touch means picture taken. So DON'T KEEP pressing the QS Camera thinking it doesn't work. Initially I thought after I fixed it, it wasn't working so I kept pressing the opened QS Camera and in the end I had over 100 pictures taken!!!

Latest updates on OpenRIL broke sound in calling/receiving. I had to revert it to get back the sound. At present idk if its my wrong doing or the commits actually broke the sound. Will investigate further tomorrow. V106 had no sound, V106.1 reverted the commits and sound is back.
