Leider gar nicht. Weil du eine Android 4.3 Firmware hast und der Mod zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt nur für Android 4.2.2 ist.

Also auf keinen Fall probieren.

[GT-I9505] Pre-Rooted Stock ROMs für Odin

Es ist genau beschriftet, wenn die Rom deodexed ist. Aber kannst zur Not auch im Original Thread schauen, der in dem verlinkten Thread zu finden ist, ob es vielleicht eine neuere gibt.
