How to flash ROM: from Langthang

HD2 NAND Toolkit - Toolkit for HD2 Users (From ksubedi)

Use MAGLDR

1. Your phone need HSPL 2.08.HSPL first

2. Flash DFT_LEO_MAGLDR113_DAF

Link download MAGLDR113

- Go to Bootloader

- Connect your phone to PC

- Run ROMUpdateUtility.exe and follow guide step by step

- Phone auto reboot and goto MAGLDR113 menu

- Done

3. Flash Recovery with edit "flash.cfg" as bellow: (use Notepad to open flash.cfg file (don't open file flash.cfg.txt))

- Goto MAGLDR113 menu

- Choose USB Flasher (use Volume down/Volume up button, then press Call button)

- Connect your phone to PC

- Run DAF.exe and follow guide step by step

- Phone auto reboot and go to MAGLDR113 menu

- Choose AD Recovery to go Recovery Menu

4. Wipe full data and Advance - Dalvik cache on Recovery Menu is recommand

- If you update from previous version, only need wipe cache/dalvik cache and all your data will saved

5. Flash ROM use Recovery

- Choose Install zip file from SD card

- Follow the guide

- Press Call button (Green button) to accept - Reject button (Red button) to Cancel

6. Reboot and see your result

Yesterday i rebuilt my Toolkits for the building, packing,... jobs (Changed new HDD because my old HDD brocken! haha)

- Very fast, smooth. 110 seconds for complate sense boot !

- Repack lots apps for speed, memory, smooth,...

- Add full 4X4 widgets for all Screens

- Included GPS 2.0 Tytung (Thank Tytung)

- Re-use Flash fix by Boxmax (fix after setup Wizard complate, reboot to CWM and flash the fix) (if included from setup, it don't work, why?)

- Tested Newest Tytung kernel (r11...) but lags and sometime cause hot reboot) so re-use Raf 1.9GB -it' the best for me)

- Tested Build.prop of Carl but have stuck in setup Wizard so change to old original

was meinst du mit aufhängen?

Wie lange?

Dir ist schon klar, dass diese Installation 5-10 (vllt. auch 15 min) benötigt.

Bin mit dem flashen durch + einrichten...jetzt warte ich seit ca. 10 min. HD2 bleibt beim hochfahren von SenseUI stecken.

"Please waiting..." und der Fortschrittbalken ist erst bei der hälfte angekommen. Ich warte jetzt nochmal 10min und dann werde ich mal schauen

Installation ist fertig, jetzt mal sehen wie lange es jetzt dauert.

Habe das hier bei den Dev´s gesehen, vielleicht hilft das ja:

Flashed the ROM->Wait 15min->Setup->Sense died on me->Pulled battery

Back to recovery->Fix Permissions->Reboot

Waited 10min before i unlocked the phone. And Voila it works 


Wifi: ok

Exchange mail: ok

Calendar: ok

Mobil network: Ok

Install from market: ok

Camera: ok

Weather lockscreen: works perfectly

Gmail sync: ok

Spotify: Works well

Audio quality:

Music: ok

Calls: not to low.. and clear

so....ohne SIM würde es bei mir gar nicht starten!

Sense läuft flüssig. Wettervorhersage-App würde ich gar nicht starten Grafikfehler³...hänger³..etc....

Ob hier auch Tytung´s Kernel10 läuft?? Weiß ja nicht wie es mit dem Akkuverbrauch unter Bluetooth aussieht

Hi Leute,

als ich diesen Beitrag hier rein gesetzt habe,habe ich natürlisch versucht dieses Build zu installiere leider bin ich nicht weiter gekommen als bis zum Grünen HTC Logo.

Hab auch semtliche Partitions gröse versucht denn noch konnte ich es nicht starten.

Beim installieren hatte ich keine probleme nur bei booten komme nicht weriter als der grüne HTC logo.

Jetzt ist es bei mir auch soweit. Jetzt geht ans einrichten.

Vorgehensweise: Ganz normal mit Task29 und dann immer soweiter. Mein Layout habe ich ja mit reingeschrieben. Anders habe ich es auch nicht gemacht. Das einzige was etwas nervend ist, ist das es solange zum installieren brauch. Schade eigentlich. Werde mal Deinen Ratschlag mit dem "Warten" beherzigen. Mal schauen was rauskommt.
