Mit dem XBmod-Rom kannst du Custom-Cab-Packete an dein Gerät senden.

Die Packete ändern das Rom selbst, sodaß alles erhalten bleibt. selbst nach einem Hard-Reset. Alles am Rom kann geändert werden, ohne es neu flashen zu müssen.

Dies Rom ist eine direkte Portierung von ultrashot's dynamics7 rom (htc mozart only).

Einer der Köche, HD2Owner ist bekannt für gute & stabile Roms aus dem HD2-Bereich!

Features & Besonderheiten:

Er bezeichnet sein Rom als Lite was die Austattung mit Apps von Dritt-Anbietern angeht, ist aber trotzdem reichhaltig!

Wichtiger Hinweis: dies Rom beinhaltet nicht:

1) Aufwendige aber verbugte Themen und Aktzente

2) Dritt-Anbieter-Software (nichtmal TouchXplorer und Registry Editor - würden keinen Sinn machen mit zukünftigem Release von WP7 Root Tools).

und bzgl. Updating (im allgemeinen):

Die aktuellste Version von Hard-SPL (seid sicher, dass ihr die aktuellste downloadet) wird Zune zwingen das SPL nicht zu verändern, also kann beim Update über Zune eigentlich nichts passieren.

Empfohlen wird das Zune-Update aber trotzdem nicht, da HTC durch Update-Modifizierungen diesen Status möglicherweise ändern kann!

Am besten sichert ihr eure Daten durch ein Backup (!), Ladet euch dafür die MS Update Cabs von Heathcliff74's Thread und sendet sie via WP7 Cab Update Sender.
