Willkommen beim ersten wirklichen Benutzer-OTA Feature für unser One XL!

Wenn Fehler im ROM beseitigt wurden, oder aber ein neues ROM verfügbar ist,

dann erhaltet ihr es direkt durch die OTA-Funktion, ohne ein neues ROM zu downloaden.

Ladet euch einfach das OTA-Update und installiert es direkt auf eurem One XL.

Ein weiteres geniales Feature,

ist der Full-Themeing-Support für Statusbar-Icons

und Apps-Icons durch installierbare theme.apks.

...und das ist noch nicht alles!

genauso neu ist der eingebaute ViperXL-Venom HUB.

Ladet euch Statusbars, Rosie Themes und erhaltet

nützliche Informationen zu den ROMs und dem Team Venom.

Guten Morgen,

ich bekomme in den nächsten Tagen von Vodafone das HTC One XL.

Ich würde gerne das ViperXL Rom installieren.

In diesem Thread wird über das ViperXL in der Version 2.0.0 bzw. 2.1.0 gesprochen. Wenn ich auf dem Link in der Übersicht der Custom Roms klicke sehe ich die Version 2.2.0. https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1868236

Kann ich die 2.2.0 nehmen oder muß es eine der beiden älteren sein?

Guten Morgen,

komisch komisch. Nachdem ich alles, wie in den Howtos beschrieben, gemacht habe, bekomme ich beim flashen des Viper Roms jedesmal eine Fehlermeldung.

Das einzige was sich von der Anleitung unterscheidet ist, dass ich nicht twrp 2.2.0 genommen habe, sondern die neuere 2.3.1.0

Für mich sieht´s so aus, als wäre das ZIP-File beschädigt. Denn diesen Hinweis erhalte ich auch, wenn ich unter Windows das ZIP-File öffnen möchte.

An der neueren twrp kann´s nicht liegen, oder ?

Am besten lädst du das ROM nochmal neu herunter.

Vermutlich ist beim Download was schief gegangen.

Ich lade das zip jetzt mal direkt mit dem HTC runter. Den Tip habe ich woanders gefunden. Mal sehen was passiert.

Als du die zip via Rechner geladen hattest, hast du mal die MD5 summe gecheckt?

Hallo erstmal an alle

ich hab ein problem mit dem custom rom!

Ich bin der Anleitung gefolgt wie es da steht jetzt allerdings beim reboot startet das handy immer wieder neu, es geht nicht mehr an sondern startet alle 30 sekunden neu!

Kann mir da jemand weiterhelfen?!

Hattest du die Boot.img geflasht bevor du das Rom geflasht hast?

nein habe ich nicht aber weiss auch nicht wie das funktioniert...

Okay, dann kann es natürlich auch nicht funktionieren. Leider muss ich die recht geben, das flashen der Boot.img wird oben in der Anleitung nicht erwähnt

Dann nutze bitte nachstehende Anleitung zum flashen des Rom's inklusive Boot.img
