SGH-L700: Java übers Datenkabel sollte so klappen

Servus,

hab dieses Handy und würde gern ein paar Java-Applets darauf installieren.

Hab stundenlang im Internet herumgesucht nach ominösen Codes oder sonstigen Tricks und dabei das hier gefunden:

How to install Java games on the Samsung L700 without any software or drivers

(I've done this on a pc with Windows XP and don't know how well it would go on any other OS)

In the phone Menu select

'Settings'

Then select

'Phone settings'

Then

'USB settings'

And choose

'Ask on connection'

Plug the Phone in to the PC with the USB cable

On the phone selct

'Media player'

On the PC wait until it detects the phone and select

'Open the device to view files'

Open the folder

'Phone'

You should see the folders: Images, Other files, Sounds, Videos

Create a new folder and name it

'Games'

Put any game you want to install in that 'Games' folder

Two things need to made sure of when copying over the games. Firstly make sure you have the *.jar and

*.jad files for each game, if you don't have the *.jad file, you can download a jad creator pretty easily, just type it in Google. Secondly each game has to be in it's own folder, if you just dump all the *.jar and *.jad files directly into the 'Games' folder only the first game installed will work (Poorly too).

Unplug the phone

Now on the phone dial the code:

*#6984125*#

Select 'Internals' (Number 4)

It will ask for a master key it is:

*#9072641*#

Select 'Storage settings' (Number 7)

Update Java DB (Number 2)

Now on the phone enter the code:

*#6984125*#

Select 'Internals' (Number 4)

It will ask for a master key it is:

*#9072641*#

Select 'Storage settings' (Number 7)

Update Java DB (Number 2)

Turn the phone off

Turn it back on

Now on the phone enter the code:

*#6984125*#

Select 'Internals' (Number 4)

It will ask for a master key it is:

*#9072641*#

Select 'Storage settings' (Number 7)

Update Java DB (Number 2)

The games should now be installed with no problems, I know it's bit repetitive but this has worked the best for me.

(Note: if you delete a game on your phone and then want to reinstall it later you will have to give that game a different folder name before you put it in the created Games folder. It won't allow that folder name again even though you've deleted it)

Diese Codes funktionieren auch bei mir und man kann dort einen Haufen Zeug einstellen - womöglich auch irgendetwas um das Java zu aktivieren.

Das Tutorial endet bei mir allerdings an dieser Stelle:

Das kann ich nämlich gar nicht erst auswählen. Probierts mal aus... Vielleicht nützt es euch etwas.

Sorry, my German is bad so I'll say it in English.

This way isn't working for me, I've done exactly what the tutorial was saying, but I still can't open the .JAR or .JAD file. The only thing that changed is that there is a icon.png file in the folder.

How to install Java games on the Samsung SGH-L700!?

- I've done this on a pc with Windows Viesta

- I’ve deleted the old Samsung games

- Named phone code was used for phone without branding (maybe other code)

- Installation without Samsung PC-Suite

- The games should be installed into the standard phone folder

‘own folder-data’/ Games/….

- You have to follow exactly each step

Note before start proceed:

- use only games for Samsung because some special games for Nokia

doesn’t function proper

- most suitable games will be with the resolution 176x220 or named for the SGH-L700

- firstly make sure you have the *.jar and *.jad files for each game

- secondly each game has to be in it's own folder (10) in the folder ‘games’

- if you don't have the *.jad file, you can download a jad creator

- I’ve used the simple JadMaker because it was good useable with drag and drop

Preparation:

01) In the phone Menu select 'Settings'

02) Then select 'Phone settings'

03) Then 'USB settings'

04) And choose 'Ask on connection'

10) Put any game folder you want to install in the folder 'Games'

20) Update Java DB (Number 2)

21) After finished go back to main start

Finally:

- The games should now be now installed in the folder games

- You can delete games, but later you have to delete the game folder with the media player

- To install new games you have to proceed again as named

I found how what was wrong! When I go to My Files and then sellect Games and More with the MIDDLE BUTTON it opens the map, but I cant play! When I open the map with the LEFT BUTTON (options) and then sellect 1. OPEN I can play the games! Weird?! But thanks anyways

Ich habe Mein Ordner Für Spiele und mehr gelöscht da ist ein Ein andere Ordner !

aber ohne dieses Game Symbol und meine Rayman Spiel ist auchw eg !!

Was soll ich jetzt machen ?? Ich kann die spiele rein tun ! aber nicht SPielen wenn ich das ganze verfahren machen mit den code usw.!!

mach ich aber die spiele werden dann nicht in den Ordner getan!! weil der nicht mehr da ist !

Bekomm folgende Fehlermeldung!

Der neue Ordner konnte nicht an diesem Ort erstellt werden.

Das gerät reagiert nicht mehr und wurde getrennt!

So also den Ordner konnte ich jetzt kopieren und im Telefon ablegen!

Also jetzt hab ich die jar und jad Datei in den Ordner Spiele kopiert aber wenn ich die spielen will steht da Dateityp nicht unterstützt!

du musst erstmal den code eingeben und das spiel installieren. einfach so die datei öffnen geht net.
